       While on our trip to Newport Beach, I just happened to find a BYU flag while walking on Balboa Island. So of course I had to take a picture. This flag was also there last year when we went to Newport Beach. So at least we know that we have one family in California cheering for the Cougars!

This trip was fun and relaxing. There was biking on the boardwalk, laying out in the sun (sorry dad), and playing lots of games. It was a great vacation with great food. The favorite restaurants was Mama Ds, Chronic Tacos, and Banzai Bowls.  Although the water was cold, it was fun to boogie board and body surf. The waves were big and diving into the waves was neccessary. I wouldn't mind moving here but it probably won't happen. What's the reason you ask? Well its because califorina is a Democratic state..... get the picture?
